TERMS & CONDITIONS – HIGH LITE TOURING s.r.o.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with HIGH LITE TOURING s.r.o., unless otherwise agreed in writing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be calculated individually based on the carrier's rates and any associated fees. We will then present it to you before proceeding with shipment. After your agreement the costs will be invoiced above and beyond the product price. The invoice will be due 3 working days before shipment latest. Once the invoice is paid we will start the shipment process and inform you. In case of failing to pay the invoice your order will be cancelled.
Import duties
Any import duties, customs fees, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us. These may vary per order and country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Pick up
It is possible to pick up your order in HIGH LITE TOURING headquarters (Nad Porubkou 2383, 708 00 Ostrava – Poruba, Czech Republic). Once your order is ready we will call or email you for an appointment.
Payment options
- Bank transfer
- Payment on invoice
Only possible after approval. Conditions will be shown on invoice.
After settling the payment you will receive an order confirmation, and we will prepare the shipment.
Warranty
Check your order immediately upon receipt. If there is anything wrong with the shipment, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. In the event of breakage or shortage (number of units received is less than ordered) we will send you the products again as soon as possible.
Excluded from warranty are:
- damage caused by misuse,
- cosmetic damage,
- transport or use damage,
- wear of the material.
Used Products
We test all our Used products before they are sold. Used products come with a 30 working days warranty. This means that we repair or exchange your product for free, in case of a defect. If this is not feasible, or the repair costs exceed the value of the product, we will work with you to find another mutually doable solution.
Returns and Repairs
Returns
If you would like to register a return, please e-mail us to usedgear@highlite.cz and provide all of the following details:
- company,
- contact person,
- e-mail,
- phone,
- invoice number,
- products,
- reason of return,
- remarks.
We will then review your requirement and you will then receive a confirmation email from us with instructions.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process returns that do not contain above mentioned details.
Repairs
1. If you would like to register a repair, please e-mail us to usedgear@highlite.cz and provide all of the following details:
- company,
- contact person,
- adress,
- ZIP code,
- city,
- country,
- e-mail,
- phone,
- invoice number,
- products,
- serial number,
- accessories,
- external condition,
- problem description,
- remarks.
2. We will assess whether the repair can be carried out by us.
After assessment, you will receive from us:
1.A confirmation email with instructions for returning the defective item.
or
2.Notification that the repair can not be carried out.
Incomplete repair requests cannot be processed.
